It looks like in video they are using a lot of paint for a small area? Does it use more paint than traditional rolling?

How do you clean inside the stick

Cleanup is easy by using water in the same way you used the paint. Draw clean water into the tube then push it out with force. Repeat until it's clean, then lubricate the O-rings with the provided grease or use mineral oil, baby oil or Vaseline. For more direction, call us at 1-800-328-8251.

How do you put the paint in the handle?

It has a tube that attaches to the lid that you places on the one gallon can. It sifens out of the paint can. Lid supplied with kit.
