Not adjustable
My plants love it, but it does not come with hooks for the ceiling and the length of the cord is not adjustable

A terrific shop light!
Bought this for my wood shop. I had regular fluorescents before and was struggling to see my projects. I now can see even the tiniest marks on the lumber. If you want bright full-spectrum lighting this is your kind of fixture. The T5 bulbs are not easy to install but with some care you can do it.
