This daybed had drill holes in the wrong place, to the point where my experienced handyman couldn't put together. We had to request a replacement part, which still hasn't arrived despite promises. I can't submit a photo, bk it's sitting in pieces on my den floor, less than 2 weeks before Christmas visitors get here. I will never order online from Home Depot again, unless they make this right by Christmas.

Poor quality of item & received damaged items.
I ordered two of these. I liked the idea that they were aluminum, as I was going to use them on my screen porch. They arrived in two different shipments; receiving parts of each bed with each delivery. The boxes were packed well and intact. The first box we opened had the sides of the daybed; they were scratched to the bare metal. Given that the box and foam packing was intact, it appears that the bed was already scratched when it was placed in the box. My first call to Customer Service, I was offered a 10% discount for the damage and with that money I could buy a gallon of paint to repaint the bed. My second call to Customer Service, the following day, was much more satisfactory. I returned both beds. I never had the beds put together, so cannot comment on the sturdiness or durability. I probably would have paid $50 for one of these at a garage sale, but no more! Way overpriced for the poor quality.
