About This Product

Homewerks Worldwide anti-siphon frost-proof sill cocks assure protection against freezing and undesirable back siphoning. Because they're frost-proof, they can stop outside hydrants from freezing and bursting the pipes. Plus, the anti-siphon feature protects against water siphoning back to contaminate the potable water system. Also, unlike anti-siphon attachments, which must be manually drained to prevent freezing, the integral anti-siphon design is self-draining.

Answer This Question

If the unit is leaking we would be happy to send the replacement parts needed to repair the Sillcock. This would typically be an internal stem or vacuum breaker depending on the situation. Please call our customer service with your model number at 877.319.3757 and we would be happy to help you out.

    Answer This Question

The length of sillcock is measure by the body of the valve, the pipe portion behind the flange. Thank you.

Worked great for the first year
Initially I was very impressed with this product. It was fairly easy to install and worked great for the first year. After that when you turn the knob, water comes pouring out around the shaft to the knob. By the time we're finished watering our plants the area around the spigot is a flooded mess.

      low flow
I installed this sill cock and am not happy with the flow. This isn't a full flow sill cock. I am considering replacing it with one that is a full flow. I will have to go some where else to buy it though because they don't have them there at the store. The ones they show online aren't the same in the store

      Leaks after a year.
Cheap junk. Don't waste your time with Homewerks products. This faucet is really cheaply made and leaks now after just over a year. Out of warranty now. I have a Mansfield faucet on the other side of the house and it hasn't leaked in 10 years!

        Leaky
I suppose that I got lucky with this faucet because it worked well for 2 years before it started to gush water out of the stem area. I'll try something else from somewhere else.

Leaks around stem after 10 usages
After about 10 usages it leaks around the stem. Got it from Home Depot so I went back hoping to get a replacement rubber washer that goes behind the nut but they don't carry them. Also couldn't find a washer like it at Menards. Just contacted Homewerks hoping they can send me a rubber washer. Leaks very rapidly so unusable right now with a hose connected.

          JUNK
The handle cracked after about three month of light use and guess what you can't get a replacement! To turn on I had to use pliers but this only worked a couple times because then the valve started leaking. What a piece of junk I replaced with one from l@*%s.

          Internal seal breaks easily
In less than a year and with very light use the valve stopped working. Inside the valve there is a pvc seal mounted on a spring. The seal has 4 legs and 2 of them broke off. Can't imagine how. Once you operate the valve, the seal changed position and blocked the water flow. I'll upload a pic later.

valve broke in under one year
It appears to be a solid product, but beware. I like the quarter-turn that this product has, compared to the standard valve. However, the valve broke after just one year (when I twist the knob to the on position, no water comes out). I would describe my usage as "very light".

Crack after less than two years
It cracked at the inner end after it was installed for less than two years. I will try to post the picture later.
