Steel Rolling Dual Wheel Utility Cart in Gray is rated 2.3 out of 5 by 39.

I was very disappointed in the cart, it comes apart at the top where the spokes fit into the little slots where the spokes fit in. I noticed just loading the cart with groceries that it was not a good buy for me. To say the least I would not reccomend buying this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handy, but too expensive! The on-line listing had 2 of the the exact same carts for sale, one for around $29 and this one for around $59. Could not find out where the cheaper one was sold, not even w/the help of a customer rep. Bought the more expensive one as i was desperate for a decent cart that had the 360º wheels. Not hard to assemble. For the $, I expected something more heavy duty. Wheels don't always work too well and it often gets stuck, so I have to play with it a bit-which is difficult when it's full of groceries. Overall, I'm glad I have it, but really, for the $, it should be sturdier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product fell apart on the first usage I purchased two of these carts, one for myself and one for my sister. Since we are both now up in age we need help when we shop and carry heavy things so these carts looked like the ideal thing to help us out. My cart had the side rails fall out and one was already broken when I first opened the package. The large wheel in the back came off and I had the cart full of groceries---imagine the mess. The second cart I gave my sister was also a disaster. Her two front wheels would not stay on no matter what she did. She was also taking in groceries from the car and when she pulled her cart up the one step on to her patio the whole back fell out of the cart. She wired the back on with some aluminum wire to make it stay up. I should have sent both carts back and purchased something else. Do not buy these carts. Also, they do not hold the 150lbs that they claim it will hold. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware of the back horizontal metal spines coming completely out of the sides. The 2 front wheels... Beware of the back horizontal metal spines coming completely out of the sides. The 2 front wheels that pivot, after a while will not hold a lot of weight and will bend down and backwards breaking off. Other than that, I liked the cart, did not last long 3 months of infrequent use. I now have to buy a new cart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A hunk of junk Do not buy this product. The first time I used it the metal back fell out, stabbed me in the leg, and my groceries went all over the street! It was flimsy and not worth the money! I returned it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Functional Ordered 2 carts as gifts. One came missing the 2 springs for the rear axle. It took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to get the replacement springs which were obviously for a different model of utility cart and were too small to fit the axle shaft. I gave up and bought springs elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the greatest- I guess I read the description wrong, because I thought it said free-wheeling front wheels, and that it would be easy to maneuver. The front wheels go in two different directions making it difficult to steer - this is when you have items in the basket. I only use it for grocery shopping & usually fill it with groceries for the week. I use it to go from the car in the parking garage to the elevator & then from the elevator to our apartment. It is a struggle to get it to move - the front wheels are the problem. I wouldn't recommend this particular one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible piece of junk I bought this cart for my elderly mother. She had 4 bags of groceries in the cart (well below the stated weight they claim this cart can hold). The first time she used the cart she pulled the cart up one step into her home and the entire cart caved in on itself. The sides broke. I would like my money back. Piece of junk!
