High quality security box
Excellent security box for the price. It is perfect to store smaller items, even a hand gun. We love that its portable so its easy to hide in different places. The weight of the box is perfect, and it is well made. The lid closes securely and fits tight in the locked position. The hinge runs the length of the box and is heavy duty. The inside of the box has a foam pad included to keep items from sliding around while inside the box. It comes with 2 keys. The box also has a handle for easy transportation.

I love this item it has some weight to it. You could tell it’s manufactured and made very well. It’s open and shutting by the lock is very easy to handle. It’s perfect. I definitely would buy another one.

This box is heavy; but, I guess that's what's needed....
This box is heavy; but, I guess that's what's needed. However, my complaint here is that the description on the web page says it's "fire resistant" and the box it came in, nor the manufacturer's paperwork included, mentions anything about fire resistance or fire at all; other than it doesn't cover that, as far as getting a refund. I do understand that nothing can totally ensure fire won't get to contents and that they are making sure they can't be held accountable. And, maybe it is, since it's double steel layered (the best one can hope for); however, why would their description say it is and the actual paperwork is different? Not good salesmanship!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This steel security box is fire resistant, its walls contain fire retardant insulation between two layers of steel. The top and bottom are single layered steel which is why it is fire-resistant and not fireproof. We have our team adding this specification to instruction manuals.
