Don't Buy This!!
We have an enclosed lanai. It's 320 sq ft. This A/C is supposed to cool up to 500 sq ft..... Not even close. I let it run for 2 days...Not a good a/c at all. It is horribly humid & hot in the lanai. Waste of money.

Room environment conditions such as ceiling height, sunlight, number of windows/ doors and level of insulation can affect cooling efficiency and there are ways to increase the capacity of these units. dont waste your money
they really dont make good portable AC anymore. this one struggles to keep room cool during the day. i can set it on 61 and the room during the day can get up to 75 degrees. does not cool the area its rated for. constantly have to drain it and is doesnt completely drain. ive decided just to put in a mini split in the spring and stop wasting my money or these crap AC

Not powerful
I have a small 620-square-foot apartment and this AC was not even able to cool down the living room less alone than the entire apartment.

I wish I had returned it when I had the...
I wish I had returned it when I had the chance. Not only is it quite loud, it doesn't cool as large of a space as it says it will. I had to move it to a small bedroom for it to be in any way useful.
