This unit combines 3-in-1 technology in one sleek body, cooling and dehumidifying rooms up to 700 square feet.     Manual misstated exhauted tube at 5", when it was actually 6"(5.9)......had to reorder sliding door Exhaust Kit........otherwise it is a cold beast....like controls on front --not top of unit---easy to read...

      Trash, absolute garbage.
      Provided cooling for all of one month for two consecutive years. Two months total. Have two and they both have the same issue. Absolutely trash.

                DID NOT COOL
                After having high hopes of tne well known brand of AC, I was very disappointed. Set the unit up and turned on, after 10 minutes the compressor kicked on. No cool air at all…nada. Turned unit off, let it “shake it’s head” tried again. Absolutely not improvement. Returning

                We are sorry to hear this ! Our portable air conditioners work best in enclosed, well insulated spaces. Room environment conditions such as ceiling height, sunlight, number of windows/ doors and level of insulation can affect cooling efficiency and there are ways to increase the capacity of these units.
