The spray pressure was good and I liked the removable hand held, but it was really loud. I am returning the one I did not use.

Had a problem with bracket / diverter leaking & shower...
Had a problem with bracket / diverter leaking & shower head not working properly. Called the manufacturers toll free number 3 times and left message for replacement. They never called back.
Finally sent email which was answered and 2 weeks later got new bracket but no shower head.
I have had 3 different ones from this company, problems with 2 and the quality is just so-so.

Installed this shower head a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I replaced a shower head and it was easy. My only problem was trying to adjust the arm. It didn't seem to move at first. Not sure what I did but it finally moved. The arm shook the whole thing when it moved, which concerned me. Once I set the arm, there doesn't seem to be any reason to move it again. I love the shower heads! The fixed one is at a good height and the water pressure is excellent to wash thick hair (so I don't have to spend a long time trying to get the shampoo out like my last shower head). The handheld shower head is within easy reach. I no longer have to stand on my toes to reach the handheld.

The function is very good but the construction very poor....
The function is very good but the construction very poor. the main shower head is plastic. As I moved to tilt away from shower door, it broke at screw on point to the shower pipe. RETURNED buying different product.
