I just got this washer and the water level is way too small for max load. What is the problem
This washer is a high-efficiency washing machine with a system that requires less water to provide effective cleaning action. Additionally, the Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. We recommend trying to match water levels and load size as closely as possible. You can find information on the loading recommendations for each water level in the article titled "Top Load Washer - Water Level and Load Size" on our GE Appliances website.
What parts do not come in the washer
Fill hoses are not included with this washer. We strongly recommend the use of new water supply hoses. Hoses degrade over time and need to be replaced every 5 years at minimum to reduce the risk of hose failures and water damage.

How do you use washer cleaning pods to clean washing machine?
When using a washing machine cleaner, please follow the directions on the package. You may also try the following: Set the washer to fill with hot water and select the longest wash cycle. Add 1 cup of bleach (baking soda or vinegar can be substituted). Allow the washer to complete an entire wash and rinse cycle. If an odor lingers, repeat the entire process. We also suggest leaving the washer lid open when not in use to help prevent odors.
Does this washer have a quick wash

No place marked for detergent. Where does it go?
Where do you put the liquid detergent
We recommend placing pods or packets in the bottom of the wash basket prior to adding the clothes. If using liquid or powder, add clothes first then add detergent on top of load.

Is it hard to unpack
