The prices on these are ridiculous!!
You can buy a single wide with cabinets, toilets, sinks, EVERYTHING for the same price!! And they're bigger, nicer, and you don't have to spend another $20K or more to finish it. I was going to buy one - 3 of this and build a house but it would 3 times more to that then to just buy a house or trailer..
