Purchased two w/ extra 12" down rods for installation in my shop. Well packaged generally, though one was missing a screw that the other had an extra of. Serendipity! Run quiet, good air flow. Took a few hours to get them both up and running, but was working alone and most of that was up and down ladder time.

Worked out perfectly on our new patio. Nothing flashy, but excellent quality and easy install. Need one more to replace an old one on our front patio, too. Would definitely recommend.

Great fan!
Easy assembly, less than an hour taking our time and reading all instructions. Well balanced solid unit. These are installed in a covered porch with open sides.
