Two downrods are included with the Hunter Stockbridge. The "normal" downrod is three inches long, but that includes the threaded end and the hole for the retaining pin, so less than two inches would show after installation. I used the short downrod, which exposes less than an inch after installation. Longer downrods are available from Hunter.
No.
A cap is included for installation without the light kit, but there is nothing in the instructions about such an installation. And I can see problems with attempting to delete the light kit.
I have LED bulbs installed in my Hunter Stockbridge. The light kit has three "candelabra-size" sockets, and I have "night-light" LED bulbs in my light kit, but you can install any luminosity LED bulbs you can find with candelabra bases.
Yes, and not too difficult to install. Good luck finding a replacement globe.
Hi Lakeview, Yes, the Stockbridge fan can be installed without the light kit, the fan will include a switch housing cap/cover. Thank you!

As delivered, the option closest to a flush mount is a short downrod that exposes less than an inch of tubing once installation is complete. Using this downrod, which is the installation I chose, the complete fan hangs eighteen inches from the ceiling -- light kit and all. This leaves six and a half feet of clearance beneath a standard eight-foot ceiling, which is plenty for me, though I'm only 5-10. And I have to keep the pull chains short. If there IS a true flush-mount option, it would require ordering parts from Hunter, and I've seen no evidence such parts are available.
Hi Sergtundra, The Snowflake Scavo glass globe, with service part number (K147801137), can be found at the following link. Thank you for contacting us! http://bit.ly/2y8Naco
It's called the canopy, and it's six and three-eighth inches in diameter.
