Yes, this items is the "one snap" push on. Pretty much all couplers are made that way anymore. I would recommend that if your trying to ovoid any air leaks that you replace both male and female at the same time, I have found that works the best. good luck

Works good, does not leak air. Some couplers will leak air every time you move the hose. Not a big deal if you have a large tank but when using the smaller portable tanks it causes them to run all the time. This coupler installed easily and accepted all my nail gun male nipples with no issue. The chrome finish is nice and smooth with not sharp points to rip you skin. Good product, recommend.

This works great, fits on a 1/4" male NPT without any leaks. I tested mine up to 135 PSI, which is all the compressor I'm using it with goes up to anyway. Don't forget you'll need Teflon tape and a few wrenches to get it installed. I usually use brass for my air hose fittings, but the zinc plating on this should be enough to keep it from rusting. Only time will tell on that front though.
