Takes to long to fill up motorcycle tires, problems somewhere?

The valve to shut off the tank is a poor design. One thing I noticed is the plastic piece attached to the valve is easy to strip and then opening and closing is a problem. I finally broke off the plastic and used plyers to open and close the valve.

How many tires can be filled with this taNo?

It depends on the size of the tire and how much air is in the tire. It does a regular tire on a car just fine. Adding air to a semi it does ok. You are not going to fill more than two flats on a car.

Not long enough at the pressure you require without an air compressor attached.

A standard valve core remover will work just fine. Any auto store will have one.

As far as the poor Rating that is for the hose end, I tried on many different valves from cars to bikes and It would not work. The air chuck inside is to big to fit into the tire valve. Ended up having to buy a new 50' air hose and fittings to replace a 25' air hose I use at my compressor just to be able to use this new tank as anything portable. Manufacturer should look into, cost me extra time, money, and a delay of my project

The tank is as advertised. It worked fine right out of the box after attacking the hose. The construction and paint job are of good quality. I installed a quick connect and use it to attach the tank to my 30 gallon air compressor for more volume when I am not using it as a portable tank. It is of up l good quality and price. I can recommend it.

Tank was purchased to use as an accessory tank for my husky compressor. I added the 10 gallons for more air, and less duty cycle . Which allows me to run more tools for longer , making this one of my biggest, " bang for the buck" purchases ! Fast site to store pick up. Extremely friendly service from the associates !

It is a good tank for the money. The only problem that I have had with mine is the plastic on/off valve. After about a dozen uses, it broke. Took a pair of needle nose pliers and used them to break off the plastic so I could still use it that day. When I got back home, I just designed a new knob and printed it out on my 3D printer and press fitted it on. Besides that issue, it has been a great tank.

Handy tank, modified as an auxilary tank for my air sytem setup

Great item to keep around in order to inflate tires and other objects that are a distance from your compressor. Don't expect it to completely fill tires that are very low on air, meant more for topping off your tires that might be a little low. I modified my tank so that I could still use it as a portable option but so it could also act as an auxiliary tank to my 29 gallon air compressor setup. Removing the stock fill valve was tough but manageable. I plugged one of the taps with a 1/8in NPT plug, added a 1/4in NPT Tee tap and from there added a quick connect female coupler, and a male quick connect fitting on an ball valve. To fill my tank I use the male fitting and open the ball valve, once filled just close the ball valve and off you go, using the female coupler for the air tool of your choice. When I need to use this tank in-line with my larger compressor setup I just attaching it to my larger tank and leave the ball valve open. This tank is also a great value. Sure Harbor Freight might have their 5 and 11 gallon portable tank options that are a bit cheaper but they are only rated for 125psi while this Husky tank can handle 150psi. Since I specifically wanted an auxiliary tank option and my air systems goes to 150psi this Husky tank was the best choice.

The unit itself arrived fine, with a couple spots on the Husky logo/sticker tore. That I can live with, but the fact that this unit doesn't maintain air pressure I cannot. I disassembled the fittings and reinstalled them adding teflon tape, still air pressure continues to decline. Without further testing I can only assume that this is due to a faulty air fill hose/end, or possibly the shrader valve fill. Regardless I'll have to contact HD for a replacement.
