Questions & Answers
How long is the power cord?
The power cord is 5 feet long.
I bought this model and noticed it doesn’t stay in position on its own even after it clicks, at a preferred angle. The display tilts down and can’t sustain for ex a 30 degree or 45 degree angle. Is this normal or is there a way to tighten the two sides?
This is not normal. Under normal conditions, it should stay securely in the selected position, including at angles such as 30° or 45°. The product comes with a 3-year warranty. If your order is still within the warranty period, you can visit the store for a replacement.
Does this have the low, medium, high light output setting, or is it just a color setting?
It can support lumen select too, with 12000lm/7200lm/3600lm.
What is the CRI of this bulb? I need a bright outdoor light with very accurate color rendition.
It is CRI 80.
