Great tool bag

This is a very well built tool bag. Very good size for grabbing a smaller amount of tools for specific jobs. If I know that I will be doing a specific job that requires standard tools, this is the bag that I use. It has plenty of storage for a lightweight heavy duty bag. I would strongly recommend this bag. It compliments my larger Husky bag perfectly. Definitely a solid product. A+++

I have long disliked fabric bags for power tools. Seems to me that a hard case will protect an expensive power tool much better while bouncing around in the back of a pickup truck. But for hand tools, a grab-and-go bag like this made by Husky seems like a great alternative to the wood or metal toolbox, and far superior to a plastic bucket.
For many trades and professions, this bag would be perfect. Every tool has a place, and those of particular value or delicacy, like electronic measuring devices, stud finders, etc, can be placed inside for extra protection from dirt, weather or impact. This size is perfect to fit behind the seat of a car or truck, easy to carry, but large enough for a couple dozen tools, pads or even a clipboard. There is even a spot on the outside to clip a tape measure and a clip for a pair of gloves or a rag. It is wide enough so that is should stay upright, even in the bed of a pickup. Handles on the top for carrying, and on the ends for pulling or sliding it out of a tight spot. The actual fabric is super-tough, even heavier than you would find used for hiking boots, and stress points are over-stitched several times. The only thing that could deteriorate it over time might be prolonged exposure to sunlight over several years. Time will tell, but that’s what the 5-year warranty is for.

I am so happy with this mighty mite of a tool bag! I was looking for a compact tool bag that was more portable than the huge, heavy metal tool box I keep in our basement. I also wanted something I could easily store in an upstairs closet so I wouldn’t have to run down to the basement every time I needed a basic screw driver, hammer, or measuring tape. This Husky tool bag fit the bill! I have most of my screw drivers, two hammers, tape measure, a set of allen wrenches, as well as other miscellaneous tools, and I still have room for more. The top opens wide so I can easily access everything inside. If there was one thing I would love, it would be a detachable shoulder strap (it looks like there are plastic loops where a shoulder strap could be attached). Regardless, I would highly recommend this tool bag- it is great!

products in the past and have been happy with the overall construction and value, but not so much with
this bag. It does have lots of tool holder pouches on both inside and outside. The bottom has what appears to be cardboard or something similar sewn in to make it rigid. Try again Husky

Husky 14 in. Large Mouth Tool Bag review: This is now my favorite Husky tool bag! What surprised me is the fact that it is, unlike my other tool bags, NARROW! That means I can slip it in anywhere. And it still has pockets outside and inside. I load it up, for now, with an M18 Impact Driver and an M12 Stubby Impact Wrench as those two power tools I have been using almost exclusively lately. On the outside slots I put my Husky lineman pliers and needle nose pliers and diagonal pliers - they all fit! It is just so handy. It is tall so I can put this impact driver and impact wrench in and still have room for other tools. Man, I just love this tall and narrow tool bag! And, like other Husky tool bags, it is tough and durable and the zippers are big and solid. Just love it! There ya go!

This Husky 14" large mouth tool bag is just about the perfect size for going to help a friend or neighbor. Yesterday I bought all the materials to go hang a peg board in my father-in-laws garage and this was my first time loading this tool bag up to go use on a job and it was perfect.
In the past I always used one of those tools bags which you hang over the edge of a 5 gallon bucket and have compartments inside and out and to be honest I really appreciated the size and weight of this bag. It has 8 pockets on the outside of the bag along with a special metal tape clip for holding your measuring tape. On the inside there a total of 8 pockets also.
This bag is very heavy duty and it's made out of 1680 Denier Poly Fabric. It comes with reinforced corners and edges. Near the top of the bag on one side there is a little clip where you can attach a rag or clip a pair of gloves to it. There are also some triangle shaped pieces of metal that you can clip something onto on either side. The zippers on the bag is very heavy duty also and they have large holes in them so you can place a small lock on the zippers to secure the bag if necessary. There is also a loop on each end of the tool bag that you can carry it by along with the normal handles on top.
One other thing I really like on this bag is that the bottom of the bag is rigid and flat. Some bags have a soft bottom and this is not one of those. I really like the bag holds its shape whether it's full of tools or empty. This bag is 14" long x 6.5" wide x 11" tall. I'm always doing odd jobs for friends and neighbors and this is going to be my new go to tool bag for doing those jobs. I'm looking forward to getting years and years of use out of this bag. The overall construction is top notch.
