4-Tier Heavy Duty Boltless Steel Garage Storage Shelving Unit in Black (36 in. W x 72 in. H x 18 in. D)

Tabs are punched out of the shelf supports that are then supposed to friction fit into the slots in the rails. Unfortunately, the shelves spring back as you work on other rails. Not stable or level. You will need a screwdriver to expand the tabs that are closed, and as another reviewer stated you may want to buy screws to hold it together. Ended up returning it, purchased shelving elsewhere with the traditional round metal button to slide into the notches providing much more stability.

Sturdy and easy to put together

Assembled 3 units of 5-tier 78" in July 2022. I'm a 5'2" 61 y.o. woman. For the money, and I bought at Home Depot On Sale too ($199 to $169), these are BOLTLESS and you need a rubber mallet to assemble. That being said, I find them an Excellent Value, easily assembled, strong and spacious, clean looking, and still doing the job. I've recommended this brand to all my friends. Extremely happy with this Husky boltless tall garage shelving unit.

This unit has beams/braces with tabs that you tap/hammer into slots on the legs. As you assemble the unit the beams and braces keep popping out of the slots. You can hammer them back in place then another will pop out of the slots somewhere else as you continue to assemble even though they were seated properly. I bought three units today. I am bringing two back and the one we tried to assemble is going in dumpster if Home Depot will not take it back. I would not trust it to hold anything. $160 down the drain. Do not waste your money.

I've been a long time buyer of Muscle Rack shelves but they've been out of stock for a while so I decided to give these Husky shelves a try. Wish I hadn't! First, the entire design of these shelves is a total joke. They have two small punched out metal flaps that are supposed to get hammered into the slots. On the rare occasion that the flaps are even punched out, it's a crap shoot they will latch. See the pics for additional flaws. STAY AWAY FROM THESE!

Putting these together was extremely frustrating. They do not just clip right in as it says. Rubber mallet is an absolute must. Once I got past the frustration, they work well enough. Good for the price, but not sure I’d purchase again.

Like a lot of people have noted in their reviews, these shelves come apart VERY easily, making assembly and moving them a miserable experience. I absolutely hated these shelves until I found a solution to that problem. The solution is to screw the side braces to the corner pieces using #10 x 1/2" self drilling screws. Once I did that, I now love these shelves. They're sturdy, solid, and 100% stay together and will fit my needs perfectly. Also, screwing the side braces allowed me to put the bottom shelf on the very first notches which the instructions recommend against. Without being able to set the shelf as low as possible, the tubs I am placing on these shelves wouldn't fit in the very bottom. I would not recommend these shelves without screwing them together.

Replaced old wooden shelves with 5 of these Husky shelves. It is sturdy, spacious, easy to put together. My wife painted the walls dark gray to complement the industrial look of these shelves. I customized the height and number of shelves to fit my need.

Sucked wouldn’t stay together without being welded and the area that was supposed to be punched out to hook into wasn’t even punched out on half of the supports
