Missing holes in crossbars
Apparently I missed out on the better production years.
I bought two sets of these and four of the eight long bars had the missing holes for the crossbars in both sets.
Maybe that’s why they went on sale for $250?

Well-constructed and good value for they cost ...
I've purchased five (5) of these Husky 77" W x 78" H x 24" D shelving units. While they are built/constructed rather well, I would not describe them as either "Industrial Duty" or "Super Duty"; heavy duty would be more accurate based on my first-hand experience. Also, the units I purchased in 2022 had stronger cross beams that were welded at the points where they connect to the frames/uprights; see photos ... To increase usability and prevent stuff from falling through the wire shelves, I cut panel/hardboard to size to fit over the shelves. What I found after setting up the first two is that four shelves is not sufficient considering the size if the units. I first contacted the manufacturer (Edsal Manufacuring) about ordering additional shelves and they provided me with detailed info (Part# N2W7724W1R, comes with 1 wire, 2 beams and cross bars) to provide to the Home Depot Pro Desk for a special order; Edsal does not sell directly to consumers. However, the Pro Desk was unable to find the part number for the shelf kit in their system. I was then put in contact with a Home Depot Private Brands Specialist who was most helpful and had me go back to the store to have the Pro Desk call him at the time I was trying to place the order. The Pro Desk was unable to reach the Private Brands Specialist. At this point, I gave up and instead purchased another complete shelving unit. The issues above notwithstanding, I would purchase these units again.

NOW VERY CHEAPLY MADE
I used to buy these racks and they were very nice, now they have redesigned them to save money and they are cheap. All three that I've bought after the re design are bent coming out of the box. Very poor quality just to save a few bucks.

Degrading to Rubbish
I have used several of these over the last ten years in retail a store room application holding cases of water, and beverages with no failures. Originally a they had a light build quality but were consistent from unit to unit in construction and paint quality over several years. Most recent, absolute rubbish! The "paint" is some sort of temporary textured milk paint. Metal gauge significantly lighter, uprights welded out square with cross members misaligned sometimes by two adjustment holes.
