The Husky Heavy-Duty 72 in. W x 23.0 in. D 9-Drawer Tool Chest creates additional storage options for the 72 in. Workbenches (sold separately). The chest is built to last with all-welded 19-Gauge steel construction and is finished with a tough, industrial textured black powder-coat finish, and connecting brackets are included to securely attach the chest to the workbench. This chest has a unique design that has 2 separate sections that can be locked independently of each other. All drawers are full-extension ball bearing slides that can support up to 120 lbs. These slides also have a soft-close retention system that pulls drawers closed and ensures that they are secured. The reinforced top lid is supported by gas struts, which make it easier to open and close. Another feature in this chest is the pull-out wooden work surface in the lower left-hand drawer. This drawer will lock into place with ball detents when fully extended to create a nice 30 in. W work space or place to put a laptop. The wood top is also hinged so you can lift it up to access the drawer for store tools and supplies. Also, inside the lid storage area are 2 integrated power strips, each with 6 electrical outlets and 2 USB ports that allow you to securely charge tools and portable devices.
