This compressor works great so far. Not any louder than others. They are all loud I think. It starts up as supposed to. Shuts down at right pressure. Staff at store real helpfull too. I used with Brad nailer so far.. works great. I highly reccomend it.

Pretty good for a home use
Very easy to use , don't use a lot of space. I used it with a framing nail gun wish I rented from home depot for 29.00 dollars a day . I was going to rent a compressor but for some reason they don't come with a hose.It work perfectly with the nail gun I actually saved about 600.00 by doing the work my wife and I .we changed about 10 sheets of siding on our house . Even if it breaks after a year it will save me a lot of renting it over and over .

Best deal I could find anywhere on a good air compressor with fairly high airflow and PSI.
Been using it, not often but for hours at a time when I do, for 2 years now with no problems at all.
It's heavy, but the wheels make it easier to move than the smaller 4-gallon variety.

I actually bought two of these, one for myself and one as a gift to my brother in law. He said I should return and get my money back. The air compressor was still loud despite the shroud, the air attachment tool for tire inflation did not work, we had to use our own. For the intent and purposes that I will be using the compressor for, and because I got them both on clearance at a great price, I will be keeping.
