The pump used on the TF2912 is a Campbell Hausfeld pump.
The TF2912 delivers 23.7 scfm @ 90 psi. You would need to know that air requirements at 90 psi for each piece of equipment being used then add the values together. As long as that is less than what the compressor produces, the compressor will keep up.

The 2-Stage 80 gallon compressor does have an inner-cooler. The inner-cooler is the finned tube between stages 1 and 2 on the pump.
This unit has a sight glass. The oil needs to be to the top of the red bulls eye for proper level. If you can't see the oil, It could be too low to read in the glass or it's over filled and above the sight glass.
