Layered with moisture-wicking neoprene, this durable knee pad has a gel middle interior and a molded foam body, ideal for support and protection. A: The straps wrap around the knee and the buckle should be on the outside of the knee, but it doesnt matter and wont affect the perfromance of the kneepads.

A: Unclip and tie loose end around and against adj. Slip clamp(?) Put pad on and adjust strap snug to knee, when all 3 fit snug, tighten knots against clamps to prevent sliding, they still will a little...I've tried both knees, I like the 2 straps on outside but I rather them be on the inside, so I'm still moving them around....

A: Fitting the straps is a personal preference depending on how tight you prefer them, as far as which one goes on what knee I have always put the buckles/snaps to the outside and never had any issues.
