I bought this nice, big tote to store fire wood outside so I could have an ample supply of dry wood without having to store it inside should I need it. To my dismay, the large plastic lid could not withstand the elements of simply sitting outside and cracked leaving my wood swimming in water. I store a lot of totes outside in the elements and this is the first that has cracked like that. It will be last Husky I purchase. I can't purchase the lid so I now am stuck with a large tote and no lid and wasted 30 bucks.

This tote is the biggest I could find and it has a slight raised lid for a bit more capacity. I used this as a litter box container for my cats and with the right tools we were able to easily cut a square entrance into the plastic. This tub is durable and lightweight perfect for storage! Lid is a bit difficult to get off once its on, but I suppose that's good to seal your bin.

However lid not as durables as tote. Lid was taken off and on frequently for 3 months in warm climate and cracked within a 2 months of use. Yes it had other tots stacked on it from time to time. Have other tote with diamond pattern on lid and do better when stacked. If not going to have frequent use over long pireod this is a good tote.
