A:  I have used these many times. I'm on the smaller side and have boney knee's 130lbs. Pay attention to the ststraps. Some have very large straps and wrap around to far and some have smaller. The size of the pad doesn't really change

    A:  I don't think these come in sizes. I believe these will fit a woman because you can sinch up the straps that hold the knee pads on. The pads may be a little large on a woman but they will definitely protect your knees.
