I love the concept- but there are problems with the design. First off, the hole should be deeper, mostly so the plunger can fit better. The plunger is cheap. the rubber is bent in 1/2, and I understand, thats how it stays put in the holder- but i doubt it will work well when it comes time to use it. ALso the plastic handel broke instantly- very flimsy. there is also very little space left on the right side for tiolet cleaner, I understand that it cant be made wider- but if it was deeper, maybe this problem would be solved. I do like that there is a drip pan that can be washed, and that the whole thing is made of plastic for easy wash. I also like that you can switch the direction of the door opening. Although I am not impressed with the design of the outside- something more clean and modern would be nice. Overall its a decent product, the price is right, and its a coold concept. Might need some updates to make it amazing though.

Good idea that just does not work
First, the cabinet comes with its own plunger which is not a toilet plunger but a sink plunger. A toilet plunger is made with a collapsible neck that will fit in the lower opening of the toilet, which this does not do. A sink plunger simply has a round opening at the end that will sit level in a sink to create the vacuum necessary to open a stopped drain. (See photo of the 2 types of plungers).The plunger which they supply with this cabinet is 5.75” wide but very pliable since it must collapse on the side to fit into the cabinet. The reason so many reviews say the door will not stay closed is because the plunger has to be collapsed on one side (see photo of plunger in cabinet), and it therefore tries to spring back into shape. It is made to slide behind a plastic divider that slides into place in a small track in the cabinet (see photo of slot in cabinet that divider sits in) but the tendency of the plunger to spring back into shape causes the divider to come forward in the track and push the door open (see photo of supplied plunger pushing the divider forward). The toilet plunger, although 4.75” wide is much thicker material and could not be collapsed (see photo). It also will not fit in a wall cavity which is framed with 2x4 lumber (actually 1½”x3½”).
This is a great idea that just does not work for it's intended purpose.
A deeper one could be made that does work, but you would have to install it in a wall built with 2x6 lumber (1½”x5½”) to have the space needed for a regular toilet plunger, & few homes would have walls constructed like this.

Provided plunger does not fit well, causing door to be ajar, which was knocked a few times and now has completely broken off of its hinges. I am now faced with buying another so it can be fixed or removing it and fixing the drywall/paint.

The cabinet is very good. The only thing I do not like is the cabinet front. They have put a fanc a cabinet door looking panel on it which I feel calls too much attention to it. I would prefer a flat metal door which would be a much thinner profile and could be painted to blend in with the wall.

Exceptional product with bizarre smell
The product is more then I could have imagined, but the smell of the product used to fumigate the shipping container from China had absorbed into the cardboard box causing a noxious smell in our car that needed to be disposed as soon as we reached home. Do not bring this box in your home.

Clener look
We installed one in each bathroom. The only thing negative about these is the cabinet is not deep enough for the plunger to remain without being squeezed.
Still new to it, but we love the concept.

Good concept but need better product
It's a good concept to save space but the product was cheap. The plunger came broken and even if it wasn't I don't think it would be functional. After reading other Reviews and as a precaution I did not cut according to the template. Overall I do like having it because it saves space for a small bathroom that doesn't have a lot of storage.

good idea...
great idea but does have some cons. once installed the door does not close but i expected that from other reviews. My husband will be adding an extra magnet or maybe a latch.paints well.but other than that like it. I'm glad we got it.

excellent order process- but did not love product
Ordering was fast and easy. Delivered right to my door. But when we unpacked this it was plastic and too flimsy for our house construction. Great idea. A more sturdy unit designed for 2x6 studs would be a better option. Brought back to the store and Home Depot returned without a problem.
