I bought it specifically because of the pause function, which supposedly reduces the water flow to a drip (see photo from installation instructions). However, the pause allows a steady flow, rendering this feature useless in a shower stall.

Excellent showerhead that truly feels like rain. Much better than others which feel like needles. In use for 2-3 weeks. I normally use the handheld head to raise the height of water coming out. Instructions and included accessories made for an easy installation with steps to ensure no leaks!

Yes, I recommend it.
I wasn't comfortable doing the installation despite assurances that it was easy. However, for someone who knows what they're doing, it's a 20 minute job. Yes! I love the dual showerhead and handheld sprayer.
