About This Product
The IDEAL family of Feed-Thru products has expanded to include a new unshielded modular plug connector. This single piece 8P8C RJ-45 connector is designed to work with cable conductors ranging from 22 AWG to 24 AWG solid with an overall insulated 0.040 in. DIa to 0.048 in. per conductor, typically found in unshielded CAT6A/6 cables. The single piece Feed-Thru design simplifies the challenges faced when assembling and terminating twisted pair cables with larger diameter conductors, over 0.041 in., when use of a standard in-line connector is not an option.

Can I use these with Cat 6A cable?
No Cat 6A is too big IDEAL has a new 85-385 connector for large diameter Cat 6/6A cables you might look for that should work. Hope that helped Ron at ron.kipper@idealindustries.com
What is the difference between Cat 6 Feed-Thru RJ-45 Modular Plug model #85-375 and Model #85-377?

Cat6 Feed-Thru Modular Plug (50-Pack)
IDEAL Feed-Thru CAT6 modular plug connectors simplify cable termination by having the conductors feed-thru the end of the connector to verify they are in the correct order and the wires are fully inserted before crimping the connector. A Feed-Thru style tool crimps the connector and cuts off the excess conductor. This eliminates wasted connectors, saves time in assembly, and reduces the chances of finding an error during a wire map test of the cable.
