3-Tier White and Pink Curved Edge Storage Shelf

Built this shelf for my daughter's new room. It's a great fit as it fit right under the lower shelf and tucked into the corner. We use it to store her books and other small knick knacks. Construction was very easy and took only 15 minutes or so. Build quality is pretty good and it's sturdy for what it is. Overall it looks nice. I do wish it came with small rubber feet to keep it slightly off the floor.

This three tier IRIS Scalloped Storage Shelf is really cute. It says it’s for a child’s room, but it works perfectly with my sewing area. I haven’t decided exactly how I’m going to use it yet – I just loved the color and shape. The angled shelves will help keep items from falling out and the opening is very large so you can see what’s in there. The whole unit is just 37.87 in High, 16.30 inches wide and 15.28 inches long or deep (from the tip of the curve to the back) The inner cube is 11.38 inches long or deep, 15.25 inches wide and 10.75 inches high. That has a lot of storage possibility for my sewing things. It would be awesome for toys and if I don’t make it work for my studio, I’ll take it to the other basement and use it for the grandchildren’s toys that stay at our home. It says it’s easy to assemble. I did it by myself and it took a long time. I had a very hard time holding everything together until I had put enough parts on to kind of hold it all up. The other thing was, the pre-drilled holes were VERY hard for me to see when I was trying to put in the screws. Finally, I came up with the bright idea of drawing a red circle around the hole. Then I could see the red either through the screw hole or find it when I was putting on the shelves (didn’t matter that I couldn’t get my progressive lens glasses to stay in the right place to see close up) That made the rest of the assembly much easier. Be careful with the glue bottle – the top blew off while I was squeezing it. I finally just used glue that I had before things got really messy. The screw covers are pretty noticeable – but better than bare holes. I have to say that one of the shelf edges was broken off at the grooved edge – into two pieces. I was able to glue it back together without a problem. That was so much easier than sending it back and it did not affect the assembly or the use of the unit. For the price of this unit, IRIS has done a good job putting together a nice little piece of decorative furniture.

Attractive and sturdy shelf. Ordered this item to use as toy storage for my granddaughter. Assembly was easy and straight forward, took about 15-20 minutes and the only tool you need is a phillips screwdriver. My 6 year old grandson even helped with assembly. All hardware, including a small tube of glue is included. The angled sections on the front of the shelves help keep items inside. It can also be used as a bookshelf, or clothing, or anything else you want to put in it. It comes in a few different colors to match your needs. It is very sturdy once assembled, but could be attached to a wall if desired with separately purchased hardware. The finish is nice and smooth. Nice piece of furniture at a great price point.

I purchased the storage shelf for my 5 yr old granddaughter to help organize her toys. It looks great in her bedroom. The size is perfect.
