Produces less 24 GPD after 3 days
On the first day got 300 GPD. By 3rd day only 24 GPD. My well is only 275 TDS which is way within spec. The membranes that ship with the unit come with liquid in the packaging (FS-TEC). After 3 days wastewater ratio was 5x clean, production down to 24GPD. Got new membranes (Greatwell MC1 dry). On 1st day 300GPD, but by 3rd day only 24GPD, and TDS of the “pure water” was 100. Ispring (123filter) did answer my phone calls, but never sent anything, never did anything.

Worked Well, Great Customer Support
I purchased this unit to generate RO water for a lab setting, where it sits in between a water softener and an Ultrapure water system. I am using the system without a reservoir, and it is generating the right water quality at a flowrate of about 2 L/min
I initially had issues with the unit, but Sean from iSpring water systems was very helpful. He initially sent me one replacement part, and when that did not work he sent an entire new unit. The replacement unit worked perfectly as soon as it was installed.

consistent 12ppm output
After producing more than 4000 gallons this unit is still producing at 12ppm. The trick is to use softened water and not run continuously when filling a large tank. I used a simple outlet timer to run it on/off every 30 minutes. The replacement filters are inexpensive and this unit is very good value for money.

Solid Performance, great value
I got this for my kitchen - water was salty and dishes had spots. Now it tastes like spring water and the dishes are clear.
I used a storage tank, pump, Extrol tank after this. NB: Flow (300 GPD) thru the RO is at 70 deg. Colder water, slower flow.
