Spring 7 stage good system
Six years ago I installed this system for my house. The System gives good quality water, and the 7 stage system+UV is best what you can buy for $300. I was installing a full set of new filters this week when I noticed a problem with the stage 1 filter housing. There was a small leak coming from the center bottom of the housing. I called ISpring customer service and Nick explained how this could have happened and told me what I needed to fix this leak and prevent form happening again. Nick sent me the parts I needed quickly and I am back online and the system is working again.

Has saves us time and money
Cannot tell you how much time and effort we’ve saved over the years. We used to buy 5 gallon bottles of water at our local club store. That would mean we’d have to pack the empty bottles in the back of the car, go shopping, put them in a cart, and haul the heavy full bottles back home. Storing and put those heavy bottles into the dispenser was a lot of work. Now, we just open a faucet and delicious filtered water is dispensed any time. Thank you ISpring!

Water clear and great quality
Bought this system because our house gets water from a well and it requires to be filtered, this system has 7 stages including UV light which give me a peace of mind that water will be clean from any bacterial contamination, was easy to install and tech support is great, system was filtering water in no time, great taste and super clean, thank you Nick, this RO system is great,

Crystal clear tasteful water
Decided to bought this RO system since the water in our house was supplied from a well and required filtration. Arrived early than delivery day, so was excited to install it. Was easy to set up under our sink, super quiet, and it started to work right away, have to wait for the tank to fill up, but the water coming out was clean and taste so good, and having the piece of mind that it’s actually drinking water makes a huge difference, This system is a life saver, literally.

Great product and delightful service.
Using this 7 stage iSpring RO from Jan 2017. Very happy. Recently we replaced the filters. Subsequently, the outlet pressure dropped. So while we were trying to figure out the issue, called iSpring. Sean immediately figured out and pin pointed the exact issue. It turned out the storage tank needed replacement. Sean went ahead and placed the order and followed up on text to make sure we received the new tank. Its couple of days now since the new tank has been working well. Thank you Sean.

ISpring 7 stage good system
Two years ago I installed it at my father's apartment and this month bought it for my house.
The System gives a good quality water, I did my research, today the 7 stage system+UV is best what you can buy for $300.
The installation is simple but the pipe connection should be done very careful, have to push pipe all the way in to make sure it connected right and there is no leak.
Also I had a problem with water feed adapter during the installation, but with the help of Nick from ISpring Customer Support, this part was delivered and system is working.

Best quality water right at home!
We purchased this 3 years ago when my son was born for formula and this was the best purchase I've ever made. I quickly became a water snob and couldnt stand drinking from any other sources. (We are on a well but would of definitely installed in city water too.)We just recently had to replace all the filters and was missing a couple filters/fittings. I needed help and contacted Ispring for advice, we received the best customer support from Sean. Without even asking Sean sent over replacement quickly and we were back on track staying hydrated. Sean followed up with us multiple times and was very helpful, really do appreciate this company and recommend to everyone.

Easy install. Its big, takes up half of the cabinet space under the sink. Glad I got it. Ive had it for about 3 months now. Cautious about it leaking. Did store pickup for shipping took a couple days. I added a line for the fridge ice maker.

Nick was very helpful
After five years of smooth performance of my iSpring RCC7K-UV, the housing of the blue canister started leaking. I contacted customer service and nick was very helpful in identifying the probable cause. He sent me all parts needed to replace the broken housing. I am looking forward to receiving the parts and install them. missed my tasty water. will update the review.
