Looks and Works Great!
I went with this RO Faucet to replace a faucet that didn't really match the aesthetics of the kitchen. This one looks and operates great. I would recommend getting one for any non-air gap RO system.

Good product, GREAT customer service
Upon opening, the on/off lever made a loud, metal-on-metal grinding noise. I called customer service to see if they had a solution. Rep. Michele answered my call, and listened while I demonstrated the noise. She agreed that the unit was unacceptable, and immediately shipped a new one to me. The second faucet works flawlessly (smoothly and quietly). My wife loves the looks of the faucet, and I love the outstanding customer service I received from Michele.

Looks great!
Modern look for our Reverse Osmosis system. Very simple to install with great instructions. Looks great with stainless steel faucet.

Product was easy to install. The faucet came with adapters for both 1/4" and 3/8" water tubing, which worked for my situation. Parts were all there and the materials all appear to be high quality. My only gripe is that tightening the faucet to the sink surface is difficult because of where it is located behind the basin. But I am not sure how the faucet could be designed differently to solve this problem.

Easy installation, beautiful chrome finish, appears to be durable and a good size for my new sink area, 360 degree swivel, can control the flow rate of water for smaller containers or to fill pots quickly. Also, the European style goes well with my kitchen design.
