Asked by curious November 6, 2018The hot water is not filtered, as you say, it draws from the main tap. To get filtered water you can get their ( or someone else's) kit to add a filter or put a filter on water coming into the house.
can the handle be turned

My spigot is loose. How do I tighten it?
Asked by Paula August 16, 2014get some plumbers putty from home depot. make about a half inch snake about 3 inches long (like kids do with playdoo) put the snake around the faucet threads right where the faucet will meet the sink. tighten it down with the nut below the sink. wipe away any putty that squeezes out.
