You can make your garage as comfortable as any other room in the house with the Insulfoam garage door insulation kit. It can help your garage maintain a consistent temperature while reducing heating and cooling costs. This allows you to transform your garage into a cozy den or pleasant game room, or keep your car at just the right temperature overnight for your morning drive. Quick and easy install - typically takes less than an hour
Rigid impact-resistant panels are easily washable and give your garage a clean professional look

Answer This Question
A:Â Yes. I have a 3-car garage and 3 packs provided more than enough panels to cover everything. My garage doors required that I cut all the panels to fit which was extremely easy.

Looks great!
Looks great after install.
Quite messy to install with LOTS os styrofoam "bits" all 9ver the place.
Also, it is very difficult to "bend" these into position.
They do stay in place after install I have no issue with them coming loose

Good, but could be better.
Like others have said, some of the boards were warped and some of them from the factory had some kind of black paint or something that transferred to a couple of the white sides that wouldn't wipe off but it was minimal. If you have the right tools like a hot knife or a big cutting knife it's really not that bad. These are not in any way flexible and you will have a little bit of crinkling on the plastic side but, it's a garage. This was still a DIY job that was about $600 cheaper than having a pro to it for a 3 car garage.
I'm in Arizona and face South and even though it's only april, there is a 40° difference between the outside door hitting the sun and the inside of the panel. Use the scrap pieces to stuff inside of the channels and then measure as close as you can a little bit of sanding or filing to make them fit and it's great.

Weird smell with the second purchase of the insulation. Smells like mold or mildew. I sprayed Lysol on it to remove the smell helped a little but not completely.

Simple instructions
Easy to install . follow directions they are simple but really help. I like this ridged insulation better than batting.

Ideal applications include basement walls, frost protection for foundations and footings, under any type of on-grade or below-grade slabs, pads, or sidewalks. All sheets are 24 in. x 48 in. x 2 3/8 in. thick, which allow fast easy installation in even tight locations like basements and crawl spaces, and they can be transported in any regular car due to the convenient package size.
SilveRboard Acoustic Rigid Foam Insulation kit - 12 sheets - coverage 96 sq.ft - is a high performance flat-sheet insulation material made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) which is coated with a layer of reflective film laminated on both sides. This highly effective combination of materials offers a higher R-value per inch compared to traditional flat-sheet rigid foam insulation coupled with exceptional acoustic performance (STC 19), as well as provides built-in moisture and air barriers which eliminate the need for house wrap. SilveRboard Rigid Foam Insulation (EPS) offers builders a higher performance product which increases job-site efficiency and reduces labor costs.
