AnswersI placed a 50" LED TV on mine. The issue is likely related to weight. I saw a slight downward bowing of my top shelf. I removed the top shelf, placed a small center channel speaker in the shelf just underneath the TV along with an shim and then put the top shelf back on. That helped quit a bit.

The wood already comes very smooth, but I sanded it by hand again to get it even smoother. The result was a solid piece of furniture with a stain and finish I chose and did by myself. And it didn’t even cost nearly as much as a comparable solid wood TV stand already finished! I’m really happy with my purchase and already bought more things from international concepts

I love the piece, the wood has a beautiful look and it is solid. The only problem, which I'd read over and over for many other brands as well, is getting the doors to line up right. Ours is slightly off, not bad, but still...we do give it a high rating. This is about the only online brand that I could find in unfinished solid wood.

This furniture is solid wood. I save about $300 by finishing it myself. I stained the top with Briersmoke by Varathane and used Behr chalk paint for the base in farmhouse white.
