How do I install the seat since there's only one pre drilled hole in the front which doesn't line...

AnswerThe seats do not have predrilled holes. You need to center the seat (there is just a little overhang on each side and then insert the screws with screwdriver. These are wood screws so they go in easily.

AnswerPara Rubber Trees are grown in great plantations and are only cut down when they are about 30 years old and have stopped producing latex. The trees are cut down to make room to plant new trees. We make use of wood that might otherwise go to waste. But it is a great hardwood that is heavy and dense, similar to maple. We have been crafting furniture from this wood for over 40 years.

Chairs are good. They were fairly easy to put together. The one complaint is that in assembling the chairs, the seat did not have pre- drilled holes. So we had to drill the holes before being able to screw on the seat. The chairs seem sturdy enough. We will see how they wear over time. Overall happy with purchase and value.

These counter stools work perfectly in our kitchen. They were fairly easy to assemble--the hardest part was attaching the seat to the rest of the chair. That was the only part that didn't have pre-drilled holes so that requires someone who has some skill with a drill. Overall they are sturdy and very comfortable for their price point.
