I appreciate the solid wood construction. Only a couple of issues prevent me from giving it a 5 star review. Otherwise this is a beautiful nightstand and exactly what I expected.
1. The drawer faces don't sit evenly in the opening and need to be adjusted slightly.
2. The drawer bottoms can shift within the slots to where they are unsupported and can slip out of the retaining slot. (could be slightly larger to prevent this condition)

Solid wood and easy to put together. I stained it and use a wipe on poly for the finish about four coats sanding in between. Came out rather than nicely I think. Also bought a four-drawer chest which I am also impressed by the ease of assembly. Makes for nice solid wood furniture without being overly expensive.
