Still no pool! After several contacts
I see all reviews aren’t listed. I already left 1 review last week & don’t see it. Have been trying to get our pool that we’ve paid for! Being told:nothing can be done since case is open, until it’s closed while being investigated. Already been investigated to be told shipping info is incorrect, it’s not been shipped from warehouse so RESHIP IT! How hard can that be!Was told it would be 48hrs then 3 days later, after no response back, now we’re told it will be 96hrs!! BULL! I don’t understand?!?

The pool was really easy to set up, and really nice. Only thing I don’t like is the ladder. It looks like it is going to break when my 14 and 16 year old kids use it. I bought a different ladder.

Intex Ultra XTR Above Ground Swimming Pool
I am writing this review after our first summer with this pool. I could not have been happier with this pool. If you are going to purchase it, here are a couple of quick tips; watch a ton of YouTube videos on setting it up (Happy Farms is especially good), it is no joke the ground has to be level, it will save you headaches in the long run. We also purchased the liner pad for the floor & glad we did. The tarp that comes with the pool is horrible just as others have stated.
