So far this cleaner has worked well. It would be a wise investment for someone who owns rental properties or has other reasons to clean up after others. The only down side I have found so far is difficulty finding replacement accessories for it. The brushes do not seem like they will last very long. I do recommend wearing ear plugs with it. The high pressure steam makes quite a bit of noise coming out of the nozzle.

This product is worthless. First I'm pretty sure this was a return because it was packaged so poorly. Second and most importantly it does not perform. I was able to clean my oven door better with Simple Green and a towel. I got about 5 seconds of steam before I had to stop and let it heat up again.

When it worked, it worked great! Steam cleaned my tile perfectly and my stove grills too. Then the hose came apart at the base where it attaches to the unit. It seems like the plastic melted which resulted in a wire sticking out. Used less than 3 days. Returned to Home Depot for a refund.

Fell apart in a week
As the title says, it literally fell apart in a week's time or less... First the wheel fell off, revealing it to bit be attached by anything more than some abs molded, thin plastic clips... No "axle", no metal... No bearings or even friction bearing surface... Literally cheaper than the cheapest plastic kids toy cars and the such. Then the pressure gauge filled up with water, indicating that it had failed and there is now an internal leak. Then the external leak... It just dropped from the underside the entire time it's filled with water... Doesn't even need pressure. Not even sure how it builds pressure with such a leak. Then there's the inconsistencies with heat. From moment one of day one, it was never consistent... With some folks who used it believing that there were "lucky ol power outlets" around the place. Nod which would make it work "better"... it's pure crap.
