Try before you buy. Order an affordable tile sample today so you can see the tile up close prior to placing your full order. Samples are intended for color and texture reference only, not for installation. Using a subway tile as a backsplash will add dimension and style to your kitchen decor or any decorated space within your home. The Catalina White Ceramic Tile - 3 in. x 6 in. x 8 mm Tile Sample has a very distinct look that will inject a dose of traditional and contemporary feel into your room. Please note that each unit comes in eight loose pieces.
  • 0.25 square foot per piece, each piece sold individually; piece weight equals 1.5 lbs.
  • Grade 1, first-quality stone and glass tile for wall and top use
  • 3 in. width x 12 in. length x 8 mm thick
  • Glazed smooth finish with some random shade and tone variation
  • P.E.I. Rating 0 is suitable for walls and residential use only
  • Non-Vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 7% for indoor use
  • C.O.F. greater than .50 is recommended for standard residential applications and is marginally skid resistant; indoor use
  • Not frost resistant
  • Residential and commercial use
  • Don't forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backerboard, thinset and installation tools
  • All online orders for this item ship via parcel ground and may arrive in multiple boxes
  • It is recommended you purchase a minimum of 10% overage to account for design cuts and patterns

    Q:Is it $2.99 per square foot or per tile? If it is per square foot and my contractor told me to order at least 35 Sq ft of tile what quantity would I buy. Please specifically advise. What color grout is recommended. I am trying to order Catalina Van 3"x6"
