worked for 2 days
Tub was installed worked great for 2 days. Now it wont turn off without turning breaker off. Call and spent over an hour on hold no answer. Wrote them they said call this guy who doesnt answer his phone either….. now i have $2000 tub that don’t work

I bought a tub and heater from you and the heater did not fit the tub. I had to go out and buy the right one and the plumber charged me 350.00 to come back and install the right one.

Unrepairable?
I have an 18yr old jacuzzi tub similar to this one. It has a minor failure in the air switch that controls on/off. Because of the poor design of the control panel and the inaccessible location of the air switch on the motor, the tub is now unrepairable. If you want a jetted tub, take a close look at how the various tub components can be serviced after installation.

We ordered this tub along with the heater that was...
We ordered this tub along with the heater that was suggested for it. The heater did not fit the tub and were told from Jucuzzi that there was not a heater that fit this model. Home Depot did have it picked up with no cost to us.
