I love this door style and that was the main reason for purchasing it back in 2014. In only 5 y...
I love this door style and that was the main reason for purchasing it back in 2014. In only 5 years, it is falling apart. Frame has rotted and the door itself is rotted on the lock side bottom. A piece of the lockside face has actually fallen off and now the door is difficult to open & close. I contacted Jeld-wen
for a warrenty claim and submitted photos, but they will do nothing. (I was placed on hold for a half hour before they dismissed the claim).
Looks can be deceiving, so don't buy this door for style as you will soon be replacing it. It is NOT a quality product!

We love our new door!
what a difference a door makes! it updates the whole look of the house. Installation was fast and easy. The door swings easy and closes properly. We are looking forward to years of service - just trying to decide what color we will paint it!

The door is fine but no one makes a storm door that fits, at time of purchase I was told there was a storm door that fits 30x80

I had this door installed by a contractor. The door itself installed easily and works flawlessly. It’s studier, safer, more secure, and more energy efficient door that the one it replaces, and the operation of the door is effortless. It was a great upgrade to the side entry of my house. Not the cheapest, but I wanted quality and I got it.
