Instructions not correct
I am extremely disappointed in the instructions provided. Page six specifies that the track be mounted on the backboard board on center with 31/32" on either side of the track to the edges of the backboard. Given that the board is 4" wide and the track is 1 9/16" wide the math does not lead to 31/32" on either side of the board. I place the track in the center of the backboard with an equal amount of distance from the edge of the board and the edge of the track on both sides. I placed the track, as specified, at 84 1/4 " above the floor. The door was assembled the floor guide did not touch the door nor fit in the required recess to guide the door. It was at least 1/2" above the top of the guide.

Door quality was very good, hardware was easy to use...
Door quality was very good, hardware was easy to use and good quality, instructions were clear and accurate. I would recommend this door, except for the damage in shipping. First door took 5 weeks to come in and was damaged. Second door took 5 more weeks to come in, and was damaged. Unacceptable.
