Answer This Question

A: Thank you for a good question. We are only able to offer this window with exterior applied colors on white interior. There are a variety of other exterior colors as well on interior colors that may also be almond or desert sand. If you are interested, please review on-line with www.homedepot.com or visit a Home Depot store near you to allow a millwork associate to quote and order what you like.

Answer This Question

A: Thank you for allowing us to assist you today. This particular window comes standard with both internal grid and external applied grille. The internal 5/8" grid (for use as shadow bar) is located inside the sealed insulated unit of glass and not removable. The applied 7/8" Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) bar is adhered to the interior and exterior of the window glass with heavy duty tape and is intended to be permanent.

Came broken

It came broken not worth the hassle of taking it back to the store for a refund they where very rude eventually had to call the one 800 number to get a refund. If it would have not came broken it would have been a nice window. Also did not for repurchase because it takes too long for delivering about a month.
