Q:I am looking for the sash only for the Jeld-Wen 36" x 36" wood-clad awning window that has a wooden grill of six panes of glass. The glass on our current windows is no longer sealed. We would rather not pull out the whole window.

Missing Screen
We’ve purchased a total of 4 windows and love them. However, our last order did not include a screen as described which prohibits use in Texas during this time of year (bugs) or anytime for that matter. These windows have gone up in price quite considerably and here we are dealing with higher cost but less customer care. Not happy about waiting to sort this out.
