Built well. Install was pretty easy. Definitely a 2 person...
Built well. Install was pretty easy. Definitely a 2 person job though. Hardware is pretty solid. Definitely install the pull handles on both sides. Door is heavy to try and open only from the handle of opening from the outside.

Sturdy, Noise and Draft Cancelling Door
Wow, what a difference! I replaced a set of french patio doors with this unit and did not realize how leaky the french doors were to drafts and noise. Our interior is now so quiet with the new accordian doors. Look great too and remind me of the solid designs you find in Europe. Would have given 4 stars if not for the poor quality of the pre-drilled hinge holes in the door panels. It appears the holes were not deep enough so wound up ruining a few screws snd delaying installation job by 1/2 day. Other than that appears to be a well designed product

beautiful door
I wanted the big terrace folding doors but most of them being fifteen thousand or more, i settled for this more reasonably priced door and i am so glad i did. It is the perfect opening for my space and looks georgous. Very good quality and tightly secures. This is so much better than a sliding door because you are opening the whole space instead of one side and looks better on a patio than french doors. Love it!

Fantastic door
This door is exactly what I wanted and what I thought it would be. I replaced my original sliding door with this after building a 3 season on my deck. Perfect door to go out to the 3 season porch.

Terrible
We purchased this door in May and didn't have it installed until beginning of July. It was stored in our garage out of the elements and looked fine upon installation. Only two weeks later, the exterior handle has pitted and the hinges are rusted. The weatherstripping has shredded. This is obviously unacceptable and since it is an exterior door there is no excuse. Have contacted the company and waiting to hear on a resolution but in the meanwhile be careful about purchasing this.

Looks nice, works okay. Pray it doesn’t break
We’ve had this installed for 2.5 years, and the glass in one panel recently broke.
Our usual window guy is unable to figure out how to replace the glass in the door. Jeld wen says only a distributor can help. Home Depot has given us the run around, and requires a receipt for the door, which we don’t have because a contractor installed it.
There appears to be no way to repair the failed window in the door. So if you buy this, hope you never need to replace the glass.

The hardware which should be handed is not handed.
This is a terrible product. You will pay far more than the price of the product, because the installation directions do not match the parts provided. There are injection molded parts that should be handed, which are not. Waiting over an hour so far to be in touch with a representative. No luck. No help. Never buying a Jeld Wen product again.
