It's possible, but you may want to find pipe that has UV in it. The PVC will break down over time with the UV rays. Also if you are using plastic sheeting for the greenhouse, make sure that has UV in it as well or it will all tear apart.
Yes, however they make a gray PVC conduit that is better for electrical. The blows are more curved which makes pulling wire easier. I use 1" or larger for pulling wire in case I need to pull more later. Depending on the use, I would still use outdoor Romex. Be sure to get the right adhesive. There are different types of PVC and ABS glues.
