Use JM eagle 3 in. x 10 ft. ABS Sch. 40 Foam Core Pipe to help you complete the installation of your above ground DWV piping system. Common applications include drain household sanitary waste (kitchen and bathroom), sanitary sewer and drain ground water. This pipe is not for pressure applications.
  • ABS Sch. 40 foamcore construction
  • Solvent-weld joints provide a rigid connection
  • 180°F maximum working temperature
  • Resistant to tuberculation, corrosion and external galvanic soil conditions without lining, wrapping, coating or cathodic protection

yes this should be fine, I do recommend installing below ground to protect it from the damage from the sun. I f this is not possible I suggest painting it white. It would take several years to break it down from sunlight, but it will eventually oxidize, turn grey, and become brittle after years of exposure to direct sunlight, and the heat can cause it to warp.

I suggest you cut the pipe on each side of crack and couple and replace it. you will not be able to properly repair the crack. If your sewer pipe is already buried you can use Fernco couplings which are rubber and will slide back and forth on the pipe untill you tighten the clamps.

What is the ID in inches of 3 inch ABS DWV pipe?

The ID is 3" The OD is 3.5 inches ABS and PVC is iron pipe size therefore the nominal pipe size is the interior dimension.CPVC, copper, and PEX are tube size which is a different thing altogether.

Can this be Easily bent or is it just solid?

Purchased because it is more Durable than the lasst PVC...
Purchased because it is more Durable than the lasst PVC Piping I purchase Fourteen Years ago. That was made Thinner. This Pipe is Made Thicker and is used for my Gutter Down Spout Run Off Line Under Ground so not to fill my lawn with puddles out the the Curb had it run.
