impressive with some caveats...
I own this 290 and a Jackery 300. You’d think the AC wall plugs would be the same. They aren’t. You can’t use the 300 plug with the 290. Different specs. So if you own two like I do you’ll need to carry and keep track of two AC cords. The DC car charger cords are the same however. The 290 is different in other ways, but that makes sense since it’s a different model. The solar panel is fantastic. The only thing I don’t like or understand is why it’s not waterproof. So if it rains you’ll have to bring it in. Seems like a solar panel should be able to get wet. Also since it takes awhile to charge you’ll have to be around this to prevent theft. You could say this about a gas generator also but it takes half the time. On a winter day at 40 degrees I was pulling 67 watts in the sun. Through trees 10 watts. I find that amazing for basically “free” energy. Of course nothing is free as you have to buy the panel and the Jackery. I also bought a cord extension available on the site that begins with “A” and it works perfect. Adds 30’ to the cable so you’re panel can be in the sun and the Jackery out of the sun. Something to think about. So far I have used this with a Whynter fridge and charging phones and tablets and it works perfectly. Overall I am impressed!

This unit far exceeded my expectations. I have used many battery packs and been disappointed my reason for getting this was to run my Cpap machine while camping. The Jackery will run the machine for three nights and charge via solar in hours. Great machine.

We tent camp and purchased this to blow up air mattresses and recharge Ipads and cell phones. It has plenty of capacity to run for days doing what we need. It charges quickly plugged into a wall outlet and I have recharged it once with the solar panel which was easy to set up and worked just fine. It is light and easy to store and use. It is packaged very well with all of the cords in a bag. The solar panel has a pouch for its cord so they can't get lost.
