Perfect for my house needs during recent CA storm outages....
Perfect for my house needs during recent CA storm outages. Especially like the USB ports. Small and portable. Also used it to run sump pump because of flooding. Great job.

Excellent product
This will run household appliances and power recliner and power bed. My fridge runs fine. obviously I will not be using everything in my home during a power outtage. I will carry Jackery on my handicapped ♿️ mobility scooter as the library is 8 miles away, dr's office 4 miles away, etc. With Jackery on board I can charge scooter battery and get home safely. My PRIDE mobility scooter gets me everywhere as long as I can charge its battery. This Jackery certainly does that.

Power lasts forever and super rugged
This Power Station is awesome. I have now officially replaced my gas generator with this Jackery. I leave it in my F150 and plugged in to my cars plug outlet to charge while I drive. I've been using it for the past 2 months now and haven't noticed a degradation in battery life. I highly recommend this

Exactly What I Wanted
I am not necessarily the target demographic for this product because I am not an outdoors-man, but it fits my needs quite well. I like that it has multiple charging ports for probably any device you could want to plug into it. It has USB-C, SV, quick charge, and 3 spots for normal household appliances. I bought the product for emergencies because I live an apartment and cannot have a gas powered generator, so I do not use it very often. I have used it to power my smaller appliances as well as charge my devices and it does both quite well. It also has a flashlight on the side just in case yours isn't working. I've had the product for about 3 months and I can't see a reason that I will start disliking it.
If I had to pick a reason to dislike it, it would be that it seems very vulnerable to water. Obviously you can't waterproof a portable generator, but if you are taking it outside you are definitely going to have to be conscious of that. The manufacturer may already have one, but if you sell a waterproof case, cover, or bag for it that would be a good idea.

We purchased a smaller Jackery (240 I believe) last year and we loved it so much that we decided to go for the larger unit. The part that impresses me the most is how long they keep their charge. We had fully charged our last one and left it untouched for around 7 or 8 months, we turned it on after all that time and it was still 100% charged. It is not only excellent for emergencies, but we find ourselves toting them all over our house to use in areas where there isn't an outlet. I love to use it with my cricut!
It is a very high quality unit. You can definitely tell the difference in this brand verses others on the market. If you are buying this for emergencies, you definitely want to buy something you can rely on.

Compact and solid
I bought a 100W solar panel in addition and was able to fully charge it in less than specified time as I placed it where it can get exposure to sun. my advice, before deciding on a specific Jackery, first decide on a solar panel and time you need, including what kind of sunlight you anticipate to get. the bag was also very useful.

Everyone needs this!
We originally bought this to charge our boats trolling motor and it worked great! Lately we’ve been using it for camping and outdoor adventures and we are so glad we have it! Holds a great charge and it works for everything. Worth every penny!!! This portable generator is a must have! You won’t be sorry with this purchase!!!!!!!

The Jackery is amazing. I charged it up in less that 3 hours, granted it already had 40 percent out of the box. It has not loss a single percentage of power since charging it over a month ago. According to Jackery support representative, all their portable power stations have 500 cycle rechargeable capacity! Think of it this way, if you only used it once a year during a power outage, it will essentially last 500 years! That’s amazing!

Tested But Not Actually Used Yet
I bought the Jackery to supplement power during outages that occur regularly during hurricanes and afterwards. My HOA does not allow outdoor generators due to excessive noise. I also purchased the solar panel to keep the Jackery charged. I have charged the unit both using the solar panel and my wall outlet. I completed the charge on 2:21/21 and the unit is still charged to capacity a month later, although it’s only been in storage. All the outlets are functioning. It charged my phone, lit a lamp, and ran a fan to test it. I am confident that it may even power my refrigerator although I haven’t tested that yet. This unit is providing me with peace of mind that I can communicate and be reasonably comfortable during turbulent times. I hope I never have to use it, but if I do....
